We bought this to help teach our three year old son how to focus his (largely physical) efforts at his developmental stage. As an unintentional benefit, my partner and I read this almost daily. It has helped our 38 and 42 year old selves focus our efforts more appropriately and maintain a more relaxed and healthier perspective in our own lives.
