I liked the title; informative course and to the point
Enough information and clear directions, easy even for non-native English speakers.

Great course!
Very informative and helpful with practical solutions that can be put into practice today.

Awesome parenting moment!
Baby steps! I had an awesome parenting moment yesterday when I held my tongue — I’m sure it’s one of the lessons this week lol! — and found our last dry erase marker with the lid off, 4 hours after my son got discouraged and stormed out of the schoolroom. Instead of getting angry and telling him/shaming him, I just put the lid back on and hoped for the best. I stopped and remembered that he is going to beat himself up and negative self-talk himself anyways if he knew, why would I want to bring it to his attention?! So thank you Big Life Journal for this week - even if I’m behind, I already used something that I learned, and that makes me a better mom and my son a happier kid! For Sarah Rosensweet: Thank you so much! So helpful! I cringe when I hear the phrase ‘our voice becomes their inner voice’ because I make so many mistakes and say so many things that I know have not been helpful (definitely out of fear and when triggered - my son can push my buttons like no one else can! ). Thank you for the ‘Stop, Drop and Breath’ phrase! I’m going to try to use that. I love my kids so much and ALWAYS want them to feel worthy & lovable!

Thank you, Big Life Journal!
Thank you so much Big Life Journal and the experts for taking the time to help out us parents. I have enjoyed, learned, and relearned things to help not just myself, but my kids.
