Our first shipment had a bit of damage and it was quickly rectified. Customer service is fantastic. The poster is beautiful. We have framed it and put it - along with another Growth Mindset poster - at the bottom of the stairs our kids walk down each and every morning! Perfect!

I love my new growth mindset poster and look forward to sharing it with students this fall! I would like to add that Big Life Journal has great customer service and I am grateful for their willingness to send a new poster when the one I received had a very noticeable bend on the top. They replaced it even though it may have been the mail carrier's lack of care. I received a new poster packaged in a sturdier covering and a call to my post office resulted in a door delivery.
