The only thing that would make this better for me is if it was coil bound! I am looking forward to creating a bedtime habit where me and kiddo do these journals together!

Great tool for adults and teens

I gifted one of these to my co-director at our school and he was so impressed with it! He and his partner ended up doing all of the exercises and worked through the book together. They said it brought them closer, helped them realize their goals for the future that they hadn't necessarily been discusing, and really made an impact on their mental well-being! We will be incorporating these books into our curriculum at some pont for our adult learners. Thank you so much for putting all these ideas and concepts into one place!
