To ensure faster and more efficient delivery, we fulfill orders from regional distribution centers located in:
United States – for orders within the continental US, Singapore and Hong Kong
Canada – for orders within Canada
United Kingdom – for orders to England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales
Germany – for most orders to the European Union (EU)
Australia – for orders within Australia and New Zealand

If your order includes our Growth Mindset Conversation Cards, please note that this product is currently only stocked in our UK distribution center, so your package will be shipped from there.You may be required to pay VAT and duties upon delivery, depending on your country’s import regulations. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please keep in mind that free shipping* is currently available to select countries. Additionally, your order subtotal must meet the minimum requirement for free shipping* to appear at checkout.
We offer free shipping* for the following countries:
United States (contiguous only): orders over $30 USD
Canada: orders over $65 CAD
UK: ALL ORDERS!
EU: orders over €75 EUR
Australia orders over AU$ 75 & New Zealand orders over NZ$ 120
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order.
If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at support@biglifejournal.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If it's too late and your order has processed, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
If the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the shipping fees.
By placing an order at Big Life Journal, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Big Life Journal.
Some items, including Gift cards and downloadable or other digital products (like printable kits, digital content or other downloadable resources) are not returnable. Digital content is sent to you immediately when you order is placed and therefore no refunds can be offered on these resources.
