FREE SHIPPING
Please keep in mind that free shipping is currently available to select countries. Additionally, your order subtotal must meet the minimum requirement for free shipping to appear at checkout.
We offer free shipping for the following countries:
United States (contiguous only): orders over $30 USD
Canada: orders over $65 CAD
UK: ALL ORDERS!
EU: orders over €75 EUR BREXIT NOTICE: All orders ship from the UK. You may be required to pay VAT and duties directly to the courier upon delivery. For more information, please visit the Royal Mail website. Big Life Journal is not responsible for additional shipping taxes and fees caused by the Brexit changes in UK/EU.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship to USA, Canada, UK, EU, Hong Kong, and Singapore. We also ship to Australia and New Zealand when you shop HERE.
We recommend a GrowthMinded membership for customers in other countries.
WRONG ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order.
If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at support@biglifejournal.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If it's too late and your order has processed, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
If the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the shipping fees.
RETURNS
By placing an order at Big Life Journal, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Big Life Journal.
Some items, including Gift cards and downloadable or other digital products (like printable kits, digital content or other downloadable resources) are not returnable. Digital content is sent to you immediately when you order is placed and therefore no refunds can be offered on these resources.
