Great tool for self-discovery!
The Big Life Journal has been a great tool in my path of self-discovery. It has provided me with great reflection prompts and tools that I needed to really dig deep and make changes in my life. Self-reflection is hard work, but this journal takes away the pressure with its easy-to-use design.
Fabulous!!
I am so excited for this book. I love that I have a journal for myself to explore and be curious regarding me. I feel it is a blessing and powerful gift that I am able to do this without shame or embarrassment. At my age, 53, it is never too late to learn and heal past wounds. I have always loved journaling, and I am very appreciative for this book and what it offers to me. I love grabbing my colored pens and spending uninterrupted quiet time with myself. It is a joy. Thank you, Alexandra

I love it! And can't say that loud enough!
Seriously, how perfect is this? I feel like I'm rewiring my brain to benefit me. I'm taking control of my life and feelings. Some of these pages blow my mind! Who thought of these things? I feel like they must have their stuff together and through each page I have the opportunity to learn and get my stuff together too! I'm amazed and I've tried several things to manage my life on the outside and inside. Everyone should have one of these. Just give them to every baby that comes into this world as a guide. Thank you!

A Brilliant Tool
I recently purchased the Big Life Journal to try to help my (young) adult family member, who suffers from anxiety, depression and emotional dysregulation. I am a Student Counsellor so thought it might be useful for sharing the knowledge with other people also. I find this book to be extremely helpful! It is concise, easy to read and offers a lot of practical mental health tools to learn, and practise. Practise makes perfect, so by being encouraged to DO the tasks in the journal, it enforces the learning. There is complex psychology behind the ideas and issues talked about in the book - However this is made very simple so is appropriate for ALL age groups. Especially considering those suffering from mental exhaustion and sensitisation cannot cope with anything too "heavy" - So it is brilliant for helping this type of person. I totally recommend it and wish I could buy 100 copies for all my friends, family and students!

Helpful to older teens and adults
I gifted this to a 17 year old and she loves it. My husband also browsed it before gifting it and now wants his own copy.
