10/ 10 for children's journal
Helps my 7 year old to practice writing skills aswell as recognising and expressing her emotions.

My son now thinks positive
I recently started the big life journal with my 7 year old son (1.5 weeks back). When we started he would always be negative and have nothing to write for being grateful/happy about. He would always mark the crying smiley for his feeling for the day. This journal has forced him to think positive. He actually wrote in his recent entry that the thing he learnt that day is that he could be anything he wanted. We have also started actually identifying atleast 1 good thing in a day when we always saw nothing going right at all. These were some big deal small steps we are making with the big life journal.

Amazing resource
My son loves this journal. His first journal entry was that he learned that he can learn from failure. If that alone is instilled from this, it’s priceless. So grateful Santa/Dad thought of it!

Great for 4 year olds with big feelings
My 4yo daughter has big feelings. She gets anxious and overwhelmed and doesn’t know how to handle those feelings sometimes. This book has helped so much. We do it at night before going to bed. I also feel like she’s much more comfortable talking about her feelings now

Great addition to bedtime routine
I’m super hesitant to write this review because I don’t want to jinx it… but since adding this journal to my anxious, terrible sleeper’s bedtime routine, he has not shouted at us every 5 minutes after being put to bed, woken me up at 3 a.m. to discuss ANYTHING, and has been going right to sleep… something that has NEVER happened consistently in 7 years. I’m shocked. I’m awed. I would absolutely buy this again and again and again as long as it keeps working.
