It’s nice, has some interesting stuff in it. It’s not “big” though. The name is a little misleading. Pricey for the size but good content.

The book, in itself, is beautifully and thoughtfully made. I haven't started using it yet. But what impressed me most was the excellent customer service when my product didn't arrive. I would order again in a heartbeat. Customer service of his standard is hard to find nowadays. Very impressed.

I’ve been working for a while now on becoming the best version of myself, and this journal has been such a huge part of that process. Honestly, it’s not just a journal—it’s more like a coach that’s been shaping my mindset in ways I didn’t even expect. It has helped me make real progress and understand myself even better. I especially loved the mindsets it teaches: the possibility mindset, growth mindset, gratitude mindset, self-compassion mindset, and freedom mindset. In my opinion, it provides everything you need to live a happy and fulfilled life. Plus, its structure and organization are so simple and easy to follow. Truly worth every penny.

Great looking Mindset Journal

While I find your typical daily affirmation and blank journals a tad boring I was really engaged by the content in this journal.Overall, it’s very nice quality, the pages are nice and smooth, print color is quite vibrant, and there’s a lot of detail inside with the various exercises. I think this provides an abundance of opportunities to deep dive into positive affirmation and maintaining the right mindset for happiness. I initially thought the price was a bit steep for a journal, but the content and design are much better than the majority of competitors so it’s worth the price.My only knock is that I was hoping there was more content on goal setting and metrics to focus on achieving them. This more pertains to daily exercises on awareness and understanding. This is a fabulous tool that I would recommend to keep growing by all means. It’s just missing a bit of content that I would like to make it the perfect journal for ME.
