- Big Life Journal
Big Life Journal (7-10)
Excellent. I enjoy using the activities and the stories to teach the values. It becomes personal to kids when they complete the activity. They also enjoy the fact that the stories are real life stories.
My stepdaughter just turned 11, so I decided to get the tweens/teens journal for her and, while I really like it in principle, it just didn't work for her. I decided to get the printable version of the original journal for kids but, alas, have yet to figure out how to get it to print, so I can't speak to the original. I think that it was an error in judgment on MY part to order the version for tweens, as my stepdaughter tends to be less mature than her peers. I wish I'd purchased the original to begin with, but I'm excited to have it for later when she is a little older, a little more mature, and has worked through the original (if I can ever get it printed out).
This was a back to school gift for my son who began high school this year. We are slowly traveling through the book. We add quotes and scripture verses to connect to our Christian Faith, so it will take us a while to get through it. So far we love it!
My daughter and niece both loved the journal
I bought one journal for both my daughter and my niece this past summer. Without a lot of fanfare, I gave to them with the simple message, “this is for you to use as you see fit. enjoy wherever it may allow you to explore.” Both commented this fall that they found the journal to be a wonderful tool in allowing them to explore where they are and where they want to go in their high school years. Thanks.
I love it
The book is amazing. I think that my kid is a bit too small to make it with me at the moment. But I could not help to buy it and wait till the perfect moment comes. I love they design and the way is done. A really nice muss have
