Who is the professional membership for?
This professional membership is designed for classroom teachers, school counselors, SEL leads, administrators, and educators who support students’ emotional development. Whether you're teaching SEL explicitly or embedding it into your daily routine, this platform makes it easier.
How do I get access?
After you purchase, you’ll receive an email asking you to set your password. The first time you log in, you’ll be asked a few questions to personalize your user experience. And then you’ll be in and have access to all the resources and community channel.
Can I use it on my mobile device?
Yes, this platform is accessible on desktop, phone, or tablet.
I don’t have a printer, can I still benefit from a membership?
Yes! We have many activities that are “print-free”, including videos and certain activities. You can also access the community channel chats, live events, masterclasses, and more.
You’ll find resources and advice tailored for children under 5, 5-8, 9-12, and teens. You’ll also find resources and advice to help you improve your own mindset as an adult.
How do I cancel my membership?
Go to your profile at the top, right corner of your GrowthMinded dashboard and select "Manage Subscription".
Are there restrictions on how many PDF resources or videos I can access per day or per month?
No restrictions. You get access to 600+ resources immediately and new resources and videos are added each week.
Can I use this with my whole class?
Yes! The professional license allows you to use GrowthMinded materials across all tiers of support—Tier 1 (whole class), Tier 2 (small group), and Tier 3 (individual intervention). Whether you're leading a morning meeting, running a small-group SEL lesson, or supporting one-on-one behavior plans or counseling goals, the tools are ready to go.
What is the cancellation policy?
To avoid further charges, it is your responsibility to cancel the subscription before the scheduled renewal date. You can easily cancel by going to your profile in the top right corner of your GrowthMinded dashboard, selecting "Manage Subscription", and following the cancellation prompts. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to support@biglifejournal.com at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Can I share resources with families?
Yes. You can send home select parent guides and printables to reinforce SEL learning at home—no extra permissions or materials needed.
Can multiple teachers or staff share a membership?
Each account is licensed to one educator. If your school or district wants access for multiple team members, we offer discounted group licensing with dedicated support.
Why do I need a professional license?
A professional license is required when using GrowthMinded beyond personal use—such as with students, families, or school staff. Even solo teachers need a license to use the content in professional settings.
