Sound familiar?

A soft, wavy line separates a light blue area from a white area.

"Jusssst one more

level.”

Huge meltdown

when it turns off

"I'm boooored"

“Are they addicted to

screens?"

It's not your parenting.

Games and videos are literally engineered to be addictive and kids need actual skills, not just stricter rules, to handle that. That's what this kit builds.

What changes when kids manage

their own screen time:

No more fighting about it.

Your child helps write the family screen time rules their words, their signature, on the fridge. It's a lot harder to argue with rules you made yourself.

You stop feeling like screens are winning.

Less zombie-like, more of the kid you recognize drawing, building, playing outside.

They build self-control for life.

A kid who practices stopping on their own at 8 becomes a teen who can put the phone down at 14.

No 'disciplined kid' required. The kit gives them structure they can actually follow.

FOR YOUR CHILD (the fun part)

A quiz, comics & the roller coaster — kid-friendly pages that show them why screens hook their brain (this is the "aha" that makes stopping easier)

The I'm Bored Jar — a thing they build once, then raid all summer. Plus 100 screen-free ideas.

Trackers they'll actually color in — pineapple & hot-air balloon screen time trackers, day plans, a signed pledge

FOR YOU (the part nobody else gives you)

"What to say when…" scripts — word-for-word answers for "just ONE more minute!", the turn-off

meltdown, and "but my friends get more!"

The family Screen Time Agreement — the fill-in- together kit from the hero photo, sample answers

included

Is my child ready for a phone? — a readiness checklist + smartphone roadmap, plus step-by- step parental control setup for iPhone & Android

A must for every family

This calendar comes in so handy for our family. This replaced everyday arguments around for how long, not now etc to a more voluntary agreement around screen time rules. A must for every family.

Best value for the money!

Exactly what we needed! We were struggling to find a healthy balance with screen time. These kits gave us simple, engaging activities that brought us together as a family. It made unplugging feel fun instead of like a punishment.

It's so helpful for preteens who also struggle to let go of their screens and keep haggling. Glad to find this kit!

Very helpful kit

My 8 and 10-year-old found this very helpful. My kids learn better from knowing the why than mom just saying so.
